This highly accurate DV6 replica was made using a Roman Props upper Graflex shell and a conversion kit from Wannawanga. What makes this DV6 different from others is instead of using the nylon core provided with the Wannawanga kit, I machined a solid aluminum core and grip section to add weight. The grip section was machined to replicate a standard Graflex bottom so from all outside appearances it looks like a normal vintage or replica Graflex. The extra weight just adds a layer of realism that I like to capture with all of my original trilogy saber replicas. The heavier it is the more realistic it feels!!
